Privacy Policy
Last updated 6 September 2026. This site is operated by Zento Mirai, New Zealand.
This website is a page about the studio and what it makes. It has no accounts, no sign-in, no forms and no analytics, and it sets no cookies to identify or follow you. Reading it requires nothing from you and leaves us with nothing about you.
Topiary is a separate matter with its own policy, because the app does hold your data. Read it at usetopiary.app/privacy. Nothing on this page describes or changes how Topiary handles what you save.
What this site collects
Nothing that you type, because there is nowhere to type. Two things happen anyway, simply because the page is served over the internet, and they are worth naming rather than leaving implied.
- Request logs. The company that hosts this site records ordinary web server information when a page is requested, including your IP address, the page asked for, the time, and the browser making the request. This is how the site is delivered and how automated abuse is kept off it. We do not build these records into a profile of you and we do not join them to anything else.
- Anything you send us. If you email hello@zentomirai.com, we hold your message and your address for as long as it takes to deal with it and to keep a record of the correspondence. We use it to reply to you and for nothing else.
What this site does not do
There is no analytics package, no advertising, no tracking pixel, no social media widget and no third-party script of any kind. Nothing on these pages is loaded from another company's servers, the typefaces included, so opening this site does not tell anyone but us that you were here. We do not sell, rent or share visitor information, and there is nothing here to build an advertising profile from.
Topiary
Topiary holds an account, the bookmarks you save and the text of the pages you save, and it is covered by its own policy at usetopiary.app/privacy. Questions about your Topiary data, including deleting your account, are handled there rather than here.
Your rights
The Privacy Act 2020 gives people in New Zealand the right to ask what personal information an organisation holds about them and to ask for it to be corrected. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom you have comparable rights, including asking for a copy of your information or its deletion. In practice this site holds nothing about you unless you have emailed us, in which case write to hello@zentomirai.com and we will act on it.
Children
This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information about them.
Changes
If we change how this site handles data, we will change this page and the date at the top of it in the same edit. A policy whose date disagrees with its own text is worth less than no policy at all.
Contact
